The Family- Pandamonium 2018

In 2018 we were asked to design a retrospective based on the late 1980’s to early 1990’s new york city goth-punk music subculture with a dark fantasy twist. With our team including members who were part of the 90s nyc music scene in their young and impressionable years (their words) this project allowed participants to step back in time in a full club-life environment with a fantasy narrative.

Changeling - Waking Dreams 2019

In 2019, we worked with Imagine Nation Collective and Paradox interactive to create a promotion festival in Atlantic City. This event was designed to be exceptionally LGTBQ+ friendly, to promote a intellectual property created by the White-Wolf division of Paradox interactive, and to create a weekend-long festival at the ShowBoat Hotel that would be an experience that attendees would remember forever. We created a narrative for the event that blended together both immersive theater and the spirit of a music festival. After the initial design concept was approved, we created design documentation for use in house as well as transparency documentation for the customers. During the development cycle, we worked with the event’s contracted company to find and hire multiple specialized outside teams to handle participant safety and event support. We found bands, performers, and artists that fit the theme and oversaw our teams working together with these groups to make the experience come together. Custom memorabilia were created with west coast fabrication partners, videographers were flown in from Poland, bands from New York City prepped and coached into the experience, social media pages created, and in the end the event was a smashing success.

ZOMBIES, RUN! -2020

In 2019 Most Improbable was contracted by Dystopia Rising LLC and A&M Holdings to create a series of Zombies, Run! experiences based in the Dystopia Rising universe. Written by Catie Griffin with punch-up and world assistance by Michael Pucci, the Dystopia Rising application takes the runner through a series of missions with the Guns N Bolts mercenary company. As participants run for their lives the narrative of the story unfolds in time with their experience.

A FALL OF TWO CITIES 2020

In 2020 during the Coronavirus Quarantine, we were hired to design and run an online event to bring the Dystopia Rising community together. Running an event that focused on both the East and West coast, both as the narrative and the player base, was the challenge. This ended up being us running two simultaneous cross-over events at the same time which had narratives that came together to a single larger narrative. This event involved virtual DJ’s, over 300 online participants, and a large social decompression session.

DYSTOPIA RISING: DEAD WATERS - 2021

Dead Waters was an ARG and virtual Dystopia Rising event that coincided with the production and release of new Murder Inc content for the Dystopia Rising universe. Designed as a fast paced event that took place in the strange territory of the Drowned Saints, the event included a support kit that was written for use in the Dystopia Rising LARP Network. This event was originally designed for 75 people, but in the last month, was able to be adjusted to 200+ by request.

Dystopia Rising:
NECROPHAGE - THE STORM WALL 2022

The Necrophage was a three part event that included an ARG, a virtual event, and an in person event. a partnership with dystopia rising: texas. This event marked the publication of a new book Dystopia Rising: Wailing Shores book and the opening of the connecticut shoreline as a recurring part of the dystopia rising universe.
